Working Principle:
At working time, the electric motor drives the impeller run slowly through the v-belt, decelerator and gear wheel. The gravel flows into washing launder from the feeding launder, rolls with the impeller and grinds each other to rid impurities and destroy water vapour layers cladding on the gravel. Meanwhile, add more water,and the strong water flow will take away impurities and some low-weight wastes from the washing launder to the overfall washing launder. Through the above process, the washing function is finished. Clean sand and stone will be taken away by vanes and poured into the discharging launder from the revolving impeller to finish the washing function.

The Sand Washer is widely used in gravel plant, mine, building material, transportation, chemical industry, hydropower station, concrete mixing plant and so on for washing and screening materials.
