The first one is the so-called empty-load trial run. This trial run is mainly about through examination of the electrical equipment and electric chain system, lubrication, water supply, hydraulic station and adjustment, and the running condition of the main engine part. During this process, one should be careful and pay special attention to the following things:
1. Check the switch every time one operation is going to be performed.
2. Examine the china systems to make sure whether they are installed correctly.
3. Keep an eye on the gear if noises are emerging.
4. Make sure the rotating speed of the cone will never exceed 0.25r/s.
5. Check the lubrication system to make sure whether it is working normally.
6. Check the oil supplying pressure to make sure it ranges from 0.05~0.1MPa.
7. Make sure the highest temperature of ore discharging is 50℃.
8. Make sure the hydraulic system to make sure it is working normally.
9. Check the ore discharging system to make sure it is working correctly.
10. Remember that the empty-load trial run will be costing two to eight hours for completion. So be patient and careful when it is working.
The other one is the so-called on-load trial run of cone crusher which is completed in the crushing chamber. And this one is carried out after the above empty-load is finished. During this process, one should be careful and pay special attention to the following things:
1. Check whether there is certain amount of ores in the chamber for the trial run.
2. Make sure the ores are increased gradually and placed averagely in the chamber.
3. Check the ore discharging to make sure it is normal.
4. Keep an eye on the whole process if noises are emerging.
5. Check the hydraulic system to make sure it is working normally.
6. Make sure the oil pressure can only range from 0.08MPa to 0.15MPa.
7. Check the wear-out parts to make sure they are intact.
8. Check the electric equipment to make sure it is working normally.
9. Remember that the on-load trial run will be costing two days in a row for completion. So be patient and careful when it is working.
