If there is too much excess of the prescribed size of particles, we should find out why the gap is too large (such as bar, discharging mouth too wide, the hammer wear, etc.), and take the appropriate improvement measures. Maintenance for jaw crusher: keep every month two minor repair, once a yearlong and once every three years the overhaul maintenance frequency. The major part of the jaw crusher should be paid special attention to being regularly checked, especially the dynamic and static jaw body due to its direct contact with the ore. We should keep replacing it periodically and regular maintenance. In addition, the temperature of the bearing and the use of bearing grease should also be noticed during jaw broken hardware maintenance. We must pay attention to that the bearing temperature cannot be higher than 70 ℃. If the bearing temperature is too high, we should check the lack of grease. After a period of use, we should also fix the anchor bolts. During the maintenance of jaw crusher, we should check whether the fastening bolts are strong and the wearing degree of the parts which is easy to wear. And we should give timely replacement or repair once we find the problems.
