1 Sand washer and motor should be installed firmly. 5 After starting, sand washer shall work with the jaw crusher should first idle for 2 ~ 3min, and then go on feeding work after conforming without abnormal phenomenon.

6 Pay attention to the operation of the sand washer at any time, feeding should be uniform to prevent clogging the stuffy car. Don’t make the sand washer which work with the jaw crusher work long time overload. If it is found that the vibration, noise, bearing and body temperature, outward spraying and other phenomena, you should immediately stop and check, get rid of this troubles before it can continue to work.
