Different Working Principles of Jaw crusher

When we refer to jaw crusher, we cannot help thinking about its two kinds, simple swing jaw crusher and comprehensive jaw crusher. Let us focus on their working principles directly.

As for simple swing jaw crusher, all movement of parts on mobile jaw presents arc and layout throat of horizontal throw presents big in the upper and small in the under. Both of the two types of jaw crusher work in batch. Repeated performance of simple swing jaw crusher is driven by eccentric wheel going through connecting rod. Therefore, if eccentric rotates a round, mobile jaw is required to back and forward only once separately. That is to say, it left only a half time to work. However, as for comprehensive swing jaw crusher, it has two third of time to work when eccentric shaft contrarotates for that the upper part of jaw crusher hang on the eccentric shaft and the under part is limited by scale board. This is the reason why comprehensive can offer a higher productivity.

When simple swing jaw crusher is in working to crush stone, its reactive force mainly functions on mobile hang shaft. So it has a rather reasonable stress for each part. Yet because of this feature, it is often conducted as middle-sized or large-sized. While comprehensive swing jaw crusher share the same type of mobile shaft, so it burdens high compression when it is in working though it is welcomed for its advantages of compact structure, high productivity and light weight. In other word, it is easy to be broken down. So though it is increasingly taken into application in many fields, it is still conducted in small size or middle size. And with the occurrence of large-sized antifriction bearing, comprehensive swing jaw crusher has the possibility of being conducted in large size in the near future.
